THE PANARA SYSTEMS
The Panaral Sensory and Nervous Systems

This word usage only applies to Chapter Three.

Words

I'm playing with words. I love "the panāra" – obviously, a shortened form of panorama. Emphasis on the second syllable, rhymes with Sahara.

Panoramic sensing – the central word of this site – is shortened to panāring, or in common tongue pan'ring. From the verb to panār or short to pan. The adjective and adverb, panaral and panarally, are also easy to say quickly e.g. pan'rally.

I recently discovered in Persian "pahna" means wide-open and "panah" means safety. This leads to "dar panah-e pahna" or "in the safety of openness".

This is a perfect description of the state of mind. And if i play with them, i really like pahān, and pahāning. It's almost the sound of how it feels.

Or maybe pahār is even better at summarising how it feels.

I will let it all swim around in my subconscious for a while...

Definitions

The panaral systems are: panaring, the parasympathetic nervous system, and the lower brain.

Panaring stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system.

The senses of smell and taste stimulate and are governed by the lower brain.

Trained individuals will know words like hypothalamus and the autonomic and enteric nervous systems. With time, focused thought will fragment, define and re-connect even more specific areas with clever scientific names.

Further explorations will follow...

States like empathy, intuition, creative intelligence combine panaral and focused sensing. These are all relatable to how predatory animals combine panaral and focused sensing when hunting.
